"Location, Comfort, and Value!"

The apartment was perfect for a 5 day visit to Stellanbosch with walkable access to shops and restaurants. The location was very secure and had great outdoor space as well. Steyn was very helpful and provide excellent service and answered all our questions quickly. The location is perfect for touring the wine region during the day and enjoying a meal either in the apartment or at one of the many location restaurants. The many students who live in the building were very kind to the Yanks - I think they liked helping the "old" people - haha. Our unit was very quiet and looked out onto an interior garden area. The apartment was a well appointed studio and the pricing was very reasonable at about $100 USD per night.

"Very Good Quality Stay"

This property if fitted out with quality. Is the perfect self catering accommodation with washer and dryer, microwave and beautiful stove and oven and they provide cleaning materials, bathroom toiletries ie shower gel and shampoos and conditioner, coffee, sugar and tea. Extra warm blanket for the colder nights, rechargeable light in the event of load-shedding extra towels. You just made to feel like they have thought of everything. Wifi is top notch for remote working and video calls for meetings and depending on length of stay you can request a clean which comes with a change of bedding and clean towels

"Exceptional"

The apartment was exceptional and the host made the check in service extremely easy, showed me around the apartment and was on hand to help if needed, the apartment was really spacious, decorated very nicely and right in the middle of town in a shopping centre which was really handy, being a solo traveller I really appreciated the location being so accessible, the apartment had everything you could need for a short stay, and the terrace was a bonus with wonderful SA sunsets!I would highly recommend this apartment, and the host was super helpful!

The view was really beautiful and it was very near mall, very good location. Room was clean and quiet and there was everything what was needed.

For a moment l thought it's right inside the mall, but once l was in the apartment I even forgot you access it through the mall, its quite and homely.Love the ecstatics of the house, it's simple, altra modern and comfortable.

Fantastic location, the room although small had everything we needed for a short stay. And Steyn was lovely. He gave us a great recommendation for dinner, which was a short walk away.Extra bonus, it's got an inverter, we could watch a movie and charge our phones during load shedding!

Modern and clean. Location is also accessible as it is close to many restaurants and bars and not too far from the many vineyards.

"Convenient for short stays."

Very secure and the entrance is in the shopping mall. Secure car parking in the bottom basement with access through a second boom gate using a pass card.Facial recognition system for opening entrance doors. Very clean throughout. CCTV throughout.The Unit has a very spacious kitchen and a comfortable settee. Bed was comfortable. As a private outside area with an outdoor setting . External clothes lines in a common area, used without a problem.
